How Do you get rid of trash?

 If you thought this was about recycling, my apologies for the misdirection. Actually this is a hub about how to get rid of an asshole, but the title had already been taken.  And, its not so much giving advice its getting advice. So, clearly I should be writing in some forum somewhere but hey, I was here.. blah blah blah..

My best friend's daughter is currently dating a moron. Not just any moron, but a controlling-no hoper-looser-don't want to work-would rather mooch off anyone-won't let his girlfriend out of his sight-looser (oh I mentioned that oh well he's twice as bad).

The entire night of her birthday he would slide up to her like the slimebag he was, grab her ass then stick his tounge down her throat. She in return would smack him and give him the look of.. 'touch me and I will cut your nuts off'

From what I understand, once these loosers sink their teeth into you - you are done for. So, can one of these asses actually be pryed off you? Short of actions that end up with you serving time in jail, what can you do? How DOES one get rid of trash??

Beforehand my best friend had told me about this boy's character. Now even though she's my best friend and I trust her word, I doubted there could be such a person. I mean, how could they not realise what a twat they are being? Surely not. I had to see.

My daughter and I drove 4hrs (for a supposed 2hr trip - don't ask) to get to town and meet up with family/friends (not mine but my best friends). I'm not sure what I was expecting. Horns maybe, a tail. I don't know. When I got there, there was this kid. Just an average looking kid who looked as though he owned the world (at 23 don't all males think that). Arrogance dripped off him sure, but as far as I was concerned, he still looked very much like a kid.

I was semi-deflated. I was expecting something wild, raging and untamed. All night long I was expecting him to flare up, to rant, to jump up and down and break his toys. But nothing! Nothin!

 Finally near the end of the night, the boy showed his true colours. Everyone was pretty pissed by then.. okay, I was pretty pissed by then, everyone else can hold their liquor, but I digress.. so my best friend says she wants to take her daughter to the local clubs for a bit of a dance. After all she's 18 now, the legal age to drink and get into clubs. But ohh.. oh boy did that kid's hackles rise.

Most of the night we'd been playing a small group of young men at pool. One of them had been trying desperately to get my best friends daughters attention (lets call her Mary for now because I'm not going to keep typing 'my best frieinds daughter' anymore).. so, this other lad wanted Mary's attention but she paid him no mind. However, Asshole did (yes thats what I will be addressing him as henceforth). He was on the verge of beating up the dishy Spaniard that eye'd up Mary and having her mother tell him - not ASK him that she was taking Mary out.. oh that was too much!

He stood protectively in front of Mary guarding her from her mother. "NAH' was all he would say. His eye's shifty and wild as though waiting and watching for his chance to deck my best friend.

Drunkness as its benefits as I ploughed my way into the small group to break up the tension and I wrapped my arms around Mary pulling her with me as I moved.. 'I'll look after her mate you can count on that!' I screamed over my shoulder. What could he do? Deck me? He could try but not before I knocked him flat on his back.

But it was fine. No decking anywhere. Smooth sailing all the way and we went about our business. But this gives some idea into his character, yes?

So, what do you do? I wouldn't mind some tips, help and advice. Everything we've thought of ended up with jail time.. so.. new ideas.. new ideas..
